All products sold on DigitalShelf are digital goods (eBooks and courses) delivered electronically via download link immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase (e.g., broken download link, corrupted file), please contact us within 7 days at support@digiflow-store-hub.com and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by resending the file or issuing a full refund at our discretion.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
All digital products sold on DigitalShelf are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share the content without written permission from DigitalShelf.
We collect your name and email address solely to process your order and deliver your purchase. We may send you occasional newsletters with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver emails (Resend).
